Current Opportunities

Central Station Dispatcher

The ideal candidate should have experience in a call center environment, with excellent customer service skills. She/he adjusts well to a fast-paced environment where energy, enthusiasm, multi-tasking and professionalism are required.

The candidate must work independently and have a very good attention to detail. She/he must have strong communication skills and be familiar with shift work. We are looking to hire candidates who are fully fluent in English, both oral and written.

We have the following positions available:

  • Second shift position (Thursday to Monday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm). Weekends and holidays required.
  • Variable shift position (shifts vary week to week). Weekends and holidays required.

Duties Include:

  • Handling incoming phone calls regarding customer accounts and account changes.
  • Making outbound calls if an alarm event is triggered.
  • Working well with team members and customers.
  • Monitoring alarm systems through computer software and audio surveillance systems.
  • Maintaining call center database by entering information.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Call Center Experience STRONGLY preferred.
  • Customer Service experience required.
  • Solid work history required.
  • Strong Phone Skills and Verbal Communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Technician

The ideal candidate must have experience installing and/or servicing intrusion, fire, CCTV or access control system along with excellent customer service skills. The candidate must work independently and have a very good attention to detail. She/he must have strong communication skills. Our technicians participate in our “on-call” program where they are on-call once every 5-7 weeks in the evenings. 

Duties Include:

  • Installing and/or servicing intrusion, fire, CCTV and/or access control systems.
  • Working well with team members and customers.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Installation/service experience required.
  • Customer Service experience required.
  • Solid work history required.
  • Strong Verbal Communication
  • Ability to work independently.
